As a key project of Hebei Province, Yibo•Gaoyi Building Materials Mall has obtained concerns from the leaders. Focusing on promoting the development of county economy and private enterprises, on 15th November, Mao Quanqiu, the member of Municipal Standing Committee and the director of United Front Work Department along with Wang Zhonglian, the deputy director of Municipal Peoples' Congress and the president of the Federation of Industry and Commerce led hundreds of private entrepreneurs in Shijiazhuang City to investigate Gaoyi County. Yang Guofang, the secretary of Gaoyi County Committee, Peng Jingjie, the county mayor, Xu Jiangwei, the director of NPC, He Xingwang, the CPPCC Chairman accompanied along the way.
Under the lead of project director Zheng Ruizhen, the delegation et al. conducted field investigation about Yibo•Gaoyi Building Materials Mall, Yibo•Gaoyi Logistics Park, and meanwhile, made positive affirmations on the traffic and geological advantages of the project, the current operation mode and the future development prospect.
By virtue of the congenital advantages of Gaoyi ceramic production place, as the provincial key project, Yibo·Building Materials Mall will be engaged in creating a ceramic building material transaction center that can radiate the whole country.
This project covers a total area of 326mu(22ha), and the total floor area can reach up to 230,000m2, the total planned investment is 1.12 billion RMB, and it is a large-scaled comprehensive market that integrates sales, storage and R&D. Currently, 50,000m2 professional exhibition halls have been built, and the occupancy rate reaches up to 85%.
Yibo·Gaoyi Building Materials Mall is located at Qianqiu Road, Gaoyi County, and is near Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Highway in the east, and National Highway 107 in the west, directly facing 393 provincial road, with a convenient traffic. Meanwhile, as a future transaction center of ceramic building materials nationwide, it is only 40km away from the provincial capital--Shijiazhuang, about 300km away from Beijing, Tianjin and Shandong Province, and merely 100km away from Shanxi Province.
